Paperwork

Besides having to keep an eye on the children and being asked to manage relationships with the parents, you will also find yourself piled under loads of paperwork to be handled on a regular basis – attendance records, records of children’s activities, lesson plans, meal plans, daily schedules, etc. Studies have found that an average preschool educator is required to spend as much as 45 minutes on a minimum regularly for documentation work and many of these professionals are also of the opinion that this time can be better spent elsewhere in doing other activities.

Lack of Recognition
